The Team
Francell Flood
Technical Lead & Founder
I’m a cyber-nerd at heart, which I realized after graduating college, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When I’m not helping clients secure their networks, you’ll find me in my home lab constantly building, automating, and optimizing my network architecture. (My wife jokes that I spend more time fixing technology than I do using it, and she’s probably right.) My approach to cybersecurity is hands-on and practical. I believe the best way to protect a business is to understand how systems actually work, not just how they’re supposed to work. That’s why I built my career around real implementation: securing networks, hardening systems, and solving the kinds of problems that keep business owners up at night.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband who somehow convinced his wife that having a multiple servers in the house is “totally normal.”
Wesley Mitchell
Operations & Process Management
Overview
Francell brings the deep technical knowledge, the kind that comes from actually building networks, not just reading about them. Wesley brings the operational discipline and people-first approach that turns technical solutions into business reality. Together, we bridge the gap that leaves most small businesses vulnerable: the disconnect between knowing what needs to be done and actually getting it done.
We believe in implementing security that works for real businesses with real constraints. Perfect security which never gets implemented helps no one. We explain things in plain language because cybersecurity shouldn’t require a computer science degree to understand how I.T. works.
Proactive protection costs less and causes fewer headaches than reactive emergency responses. We help you build defenses before you need them. We’ve worked with enterprise systems and networks, but our passion is helping small businesses get enterprise-level protection at small business prices.
You could say we speak another language which isn’t found in any list. Technical enough to secure your systems properly. Clear enough to explain it to your grandmother. (We’ve actually done this.) We know you don’t have an IT department. We know budgets are tight. We know you need solutions that work on Monday morning, not “eventually.” Our entire practice is built around these realities.

Wesley Mitchell – Operations & Process Management
My journey into IT started where many great lessons are learned: in the military. Serving taught me discipline, systematic thinking, and most importantly, how to help people navigate complex challenges. After my service, I witnessed too many businesses struggling to find their way through the maze of IT and cybersecurity. I knew I could help. I focus on the human side of technology: the processes, the management systems, and the operational frameworks that make security actually work in the real world. Anyone can install a firewall, but creating a security culture that sticks? That takes understanding how people work, how businesses operate, and how to bridge the gap between technical solutions and everyday business needs.
